Salary Information
- Salary Range: $76,000 - $191,000/year

SLP Responsibilities:
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the family, physicians, schools and other educational institutions, and our team to deliver the best clinical outcomes, and ensure the continuum of care for our patients.
- Case Management: Complete case management activities consistent with department quality assurance and quality improvement standards.
- Patient Care: Complete diagnostic evaluations consistent with contemporary, evidence-based practice in speech-language pathology and department quality assurance standards. Incorporate principles of cultural-competence and family-centered care into clinical services.
- Evidence-based care: Provide services consistent with contemporary, evidence-based practice in speech-language pathology and department quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certification (s): BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR; American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)-Speech-Language Pathologist
- Licensure: State of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license; Credentialing must be completed by the Medical Staff Office (MSO) within 3 months of employment
Physical Requirements
- The job requires the ability to sit for 1-2 hours and stand or walk for 4-6 hours daily. It involves frequent bending and occasionally carrying, lifting, pulling, pushing, and reaching, each up to one-third of the time. Precise motor function with both hands is needed, and lifting up to 50 pounds may be required up to one-third of the time.
