Manual Lathe Machinist to operate Vertical Turning Lathe | Vertical Turret Lathe | Vertical Boring Mill

• Part diameters ranging from 30" - 124"
• Roughing and Finishing operations are performed. Finishing to tight tolerances.
• Machine, inspect parts ( micrometers, caliphers etc) and change tools. 
• Read and follow work order instructions
• Machine setup without supervision
• Operate all lifting devices
• Troubleshoot all machining processes. 
• Identify preventative and predictive maintenance related issues
