About the Job
Law Firm Administrator/Financial Manager role includes all office management and bookkeeping and accounting functions for the firm, including, but not limited to: general ledger and trust accounting, issuing checks and managing deposits. Assist with billing and collections; cash flow control and paying all bills; managing banking relationships; maintaining Firm business checking and Attorney Trust account. Previous experience and familiarity with QuickBooks software is absolutely required.
