Overview & Qualifications:

Looking for a Lead Installer whose primary function is to prepare and install concrete flooring systems. Has the ability to lead a team to ensure the Guardian floor coating system is installed correctly and efficiently.

Job Tasks:

Load & unload materials & equipment as needed.

Operate walk behind and/or handheld concrete grinder.

Apply concrete coatings.

Communicate with customers & other personnel.

Maintain clean, organized, and SAFE work environment.

Maintain equipment, truck, PPE and materials needed to perform job.

Requirements:

• Be 18 years or older.
• Must have drivers license & reliable transportation.
• Must have a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
• Some alternate shifts may be required. On occasion nights and/or weekends are necessary.

Physical Abilities:

• Ability to pick up and move equipment weighing more than 100 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to work on knees or in a kneeling position occasionally.
• Perform physical activities (sometimes strenuous).
