We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Data Engineer to join our Digital Solutions Team.  

 

As a Lead Data Engineer, you will design, develop, and operationalize the MDM platform which includes building data pipelines to integrate data sources to MDM Platform, tuning matching algorithms and developing APIs to enable master data consumption.

 

This is a hybrid position based three days per week at our headquarters in Lisle, Illinois.

 

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, optimize, and maintain data pipelines, storage, and compute components using Azure Services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and review MDM requirements and translate them into technical design documents.
• Perform data analysis and profiling using Collibra data quality platform to support Data Governance initiatives.
• Foster a culture of sharing, re-use, design for scale, stability, and operational efficiency of data and analytical solutions.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture to develop detailed design documents that would be leveraged for development

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 5 years of data quality and/or data engineering and/or analytics or statistical analysis experience 

OR

• Master’s degree
• At least 3 years of data quality and/or data engineering and/or analytics or statistical analysis experience 

OR

• At least 7 years of data quality and/or data engineering and/or analytics or statistical analysis experience
