Bangor, ME- full-time role.

Lead Desktop Support Technician will perform the following duties and responsibilities:

Assists client day-to-day functionality and efficiency.

Provides IT support for desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular devices in the allocated location.

Configures, installs and maintains computer software & Peripheral systems for users.

To update the user access for given IT applications for new and current employees

Should have extensive knowledge on Windows 10 setup and imaging process.

Should have strong Active Directory experience.
