The Lead Finance Analyst will be responsible for providing financial leadership and support to the DePuy Synthes global Supply Chain organization. DePuy Synthes is a ~$9BN business with ~$3.5BN in Cost of Goods Sold across 9 platforms.
This role reports to the DPS SC FP&A Manager.
Core responsibilities include:
- Responsibility for performing financial close processes to deliver accurate, timely and compliant results with well framed budget vs actual analysis
- Lead consolidating, framing, and delivering Supply Chain operating results and Worldwide Gross Profit analysis, both actuals and forecast, to senior Business and Finance Leaders
- Lead processes for all Supply Chain Finance related activities for Platform reporting, Business Plan, forecast updates and close periods
- Partner closely with Finance leaders in the wider DPS Global Supply Chain finance teams, working collaboratively to report and explain results
- SC FP&A processes for US MRC 940, including actuals and forecast cycles (BP, JU, NU)
- Headcount consolidation and reporting
- FAA accounting and management of absorbable spend
- Support ad hoc projects and the activities of the wider FP&A team as required including activities and deliverables relating to SigniFi
- A minimum of bachelor's degree is required. Preferably in Accounting, Finance or related field
- A minimum 4 years of relevant finance multi-national experience in a fast-paced environment is required
- Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to quickly adapt to use of new systems and tools
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Preferable:
- Supply chain finance and FP&A experience.
- Excellent communication and framing skills
- Collaboration, problem-solving skills, dealing with ambiguity is required
- Ability to thrive in a multi-cultural environment across all layers of the organization
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Results driven with a strong ownership and accountability for results

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
