Remote - M-F | $17/ hour

(Cannot reside in CA, OR, WA, or Houston)

Necessary

Experience/Skills:

• Appointment setting, retention, or lead generation experience
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Professional phone and email etiquette.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

A day in the role:

• Handling high volumes of incoming calls from an auto dialer
• Responding to customer online inquiries regarding application
• Work alongside insurance agents to help generate leads
• Ask a series of questions regarding application online to verify information
