The Lead Generation and Business Support Manager is a dynamic role responsible for driving lead generation efforts and supporting business growth. This player-coach position oversees a team focused on building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads. The manager will actively participate in lead generation activities, including email campaigns, social media management, and lead qualification via phone and online channels.
Key responsibilities include developing lead generation strategies, maintaining databases, analyzing KPIs, and managing CRM systems. The role also involves leading a small team, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales, and supporting special projects as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead research, data analysis, and a strong consultative approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in business or relevant experience.
- Strong research, data analysis, and CRM management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
