Lead Generator - ARCO

Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? ARCO Comfort Air has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Generator.

We are building a team of top-notch marketers to work in select Home Depot stores to set appointments for the strongest sales team in Northern Ohio.

What you will do:

The Lead Generator position will be setting appointments with customers to conduct Free Estimates to replace Heating and A/C systems as well as setting appointments for discounted required seasonal tune-up maintenance (think oil change for your a/c system).

The ideal candidate should be a result-driven, goal-oriented, seasoned marketing and sales professional with a self-motivating, positive, and energetic attitude. The ideal candidate will have some sales and marketing or related work experience, excellent communication and people skills, enthusiasm for approaching customers, and a strong work ethic.

Schedules:

• We offer part-time positions
• 20 hours per week availability
• Weekend availability is preferred
• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday or all-day Saturday and Sunday

• $18 per hour guaranteed, plus weekly spiffs!

• Previous sales, lead generation, or brand ambassador experience
• Strong attention to details
