Lead HVAC Installer at Davron LLC

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lead HVAC Installer position include:

• High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with an insurable record.
• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience, including 2+ years in a lead role.
• Knowledge of residential and light commercial forced air systems (gas/oil/heat pump) and hydronic boilers.
• EPA Universal Certification (NATE Certification is a plus).
• Install HVAC units, maintain vehicle stock and tools, and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure timely project completion and communicate updates to customers.
• Participate in training on the latest HVAC technology.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and take leadership in job assignments.

Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
