WHAT DOES YOUR DAY AS AN HVAC LEAD INSTALLER ENTAIL?

Your typical schedule will be Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm, with some weekends.

As an HVAC Lead Installer, you will play a vital role in the installation of HVAC equipment, ensuring systems are properly set up and functioning efficiently. This position offers the opportunity to lead and manage a team of individuals, providing guidance and support to ensure projects are completed on time and up to industry standards. Additionally, interacting with customers is a key aspect of this role, as you will be the face of the company, addressing any questions or concerns while delivering exceptional service. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• 3+ years of experience installing HVAC equipment
• Driver's license and an acceptable driving record
• EPA Certification
