ABOUT THIS JOB
You normally start around 7:00 or 8:00 am, depending on training or meetings. We go until the jobs are done for the day, and we have an on-call rotation.
As a Lead HVAC Technician, you perform top-quality work for residential and commercial clients. Aiming for 3 - 5 service calls per day, you head out to your assigned locations and complete various repair and maintenance services. Your top priority is delivering exceptional customer experiences, so you make sure to show up on time, get the job done right, and thoroughly clean your work area before heading out to the next spot. You take pictures, collect payments, fill out paperwork, and mentor apprentices, playing a massive role in our continued success!

REQUIREMENTS
- EPA certification
- 3+ years of HVAC experience
- Valid driver's license
It's not required, but NATE certification would be preferred. A college degree or some trade school would be a bonus!
