Job Description:
What You’ll Do
On-site Human Resources (HR) contact for employees and leaders at Discover Community Centers to advise on a broad range of HR practices (e.g., policy interpretation, education and awareness to HR policy/process changes, engagement, hiring, employee relations, etc.) to enhance the employee experience, mitigate against risk and help drive business results. Proactively identify trends and needs at the site and consult with leaders to enhance the effectiveness and compliance of HR programs, policies, and processes. Liaison between employees and various HR COEs. Lead Human Resources Generalist Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
How You’ll Do It
+ Advise and resolve customer inquiries ranging from single questions to highly detailed issues based on a broad understanding of all HR programs, policies, and best practices / procedures.
+ Partner with HR Consultants, Employee Relations, People Operations, and other HR functional areas and third party providers to support efficient research and issue resolution.
+ Manages the onsite implementation of various HR programs and processes (engagement campaigns, campus hiring, benefits programs, risk programs, employee relations matter handling.
+ Consults with business leadership in the identification, development, assessment, and management of talent and guide HR Programs specific to the location.
+ Partners with Human Resources Consultants to understand business objectives and initiatives. Adjusts strategies and programs to support these objectives and various projects.
Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics
+ Bachelors Human Resources, Business Administration and Management or related
+ 6+ years in HR Business Partner, ER Specialist, Employee Experience, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations
+ 10+ years in HR Business Partner, ER Specialist, Employee Experience, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.
