Lead Infor Business Systems Analyst - Piper Companies

Piper Companies is looking for a Lead Info Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join a hospital system. This is a full-time position and has hybrid flexibility out of Columbia, MD.

 Essential Duties of the Lead Infor BSA:

• Serve as the go-to person for related information systems.
• Perform complex work analyzing business processes and workflows.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve business processes and workflows.
• Conduct system testing. This includes creating test cases and executing test plans.
• Provide end user support and training, including creating user manuals and documentation.

Qualifications of the Lead Infor BSA:

• 7+ years of professional experience
• Strength with Infor CloudSuite with focus on ERP, HCM, etc
• Experience with Infor Workforce Management
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related technical field.
• Infor Certification preferred

 Compensation for the Lead Infor BSA:

• $100,000 - $140,000 (based on experience)
• Hybrid flexibility
