Your New Role:
We're seeking a Lead Installer who will play a pivotal role in our projects. In this position, you'll oversee junior installers and will be responsible for the completion of the job. Specifically, you will:
Install and oversee the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure efficiency and compliance with blueprints and local codes.
Lead a team in assembling, installing, and securing HVAC equipment such as air handlers, furnaces, and ductwork.
Fabricate, install, and ensure perfect sealing of ductwork systems to optimize air distribution.
Conduct thorough tests and system balancing to verify that installations meet operational performance standards.
Troubleshoot and solve installation issues promptly, guaranteeing system functionality and customer satisfaction.

EPA certification is required
NATE certification is a plus
Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience
Familiarity with Service Titan software is beneficial
Ability to commute within a 45-minute radius
Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Capable of heavy lifting (50-75 pounds), working on ladders, and maneuvering in tight spaces
Authorized to work in the U.S.
