Your Role: Lead Install Plumber

As our Lead Install Plumber, you’ll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional service to our residential clients. Your day-to-day will include:

• Greeting customers with professionalism and building rapport
• Providing accurate information and solutions
• Installing and repairing pipes (sanitary sewer lines, kitchen and bath drain lines)
• Performing exterior digging with excavators and hand tools
• Promoting our brand and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Lifting up to 50lbs and performing various physical tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Availability: Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays as needed
• Professionalism: Establish and maintain customer rapport
• Customer Service: Oriented and driven to encourage repeat business
• Energy: Positive, self-motivated, and ready to tackle challenges
• Physical Ability: Lift up to 75lbs regularly
• License: Valid driver’s license and Journeyman License

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $25 - $30
