Your New Role: Lead Installer
You’ll be the one in charge, leading our team to execute insulation projects with military precision. Whether it’s an attic, crawlspace, or anything in between, your mission is to make every home a fortress, defended against the elements. You’ll oversee installations, ensuring that every job is completed with discipline, attention to detail, and quality craftsmanship. You’ll also be mentoring the next generation of installers, building both homes and careers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise installer teams, ensuring high-quality and efficient project completion.
- Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to plan and schedule projects.
- Conduct on-site assessments and ensure sites are prepped for installation.
- Install various types of insulation with strict adherence to safety standards and industry best practices.
- Mentor junior installers, helping them grow into skilled trades professionals.
- Maintain clear, effective communication with homeowners, representing Insulation Commandos with professionalism.

- 3 years of relevant experience in residential home services (HVAC, plumbing, electric, etc.), insulation experience preferred
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Deep knowledge of insulation materials, tools, and techniques, especially in attics and crawlspaces
- Excellent communication skills, both with team members and homeowners
- Commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
