Position Summary
Answers calls for all new appointments to the HBH practice. Verifies insurance.
Primary Position Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the schedule of intake staff, to ensure Monday-through-Sunday overage, and
expanded hours up to 8pm Monday-through-Friday
2. Is the primary point person for department issue resolution and any concerns from the team.
3. Escalates significant concerns appropriately to Business manager
4. Provides feedback on intake department processes and any staffing concerns
4. Answer and respond to all client calls.
5. Phone triages current problem as presented by client.
6. Schedules initial appointment with appropriate treatment provider.
7. Verifies insurance information.
8. Verifies demographic information.
9. Facilitates follow up appointments to appropriate treatment provider.

Qualifications
Minimum Education:
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field
