Biweekly Hours: 80.00
Shift: 7:30 am - 4:00pm variable

Summary:
Performs breast imaging procedures utilizing dedicated breast imaging equipment for the diagnosis of breast cancer and diseases. Provides appropriate age-specific patient care. Performs quality assurance appropriate for mammography. Supports department operations and patient care by being the subject matter expert and liaison to leadership. Identifies operational barriers and recommends a solution to department leadership
Qualifications:
Required: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program Registered Radiology Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with advanced certification in mammography within 2 year of employment Valid Ohio Radiographer License BLS Certification from the American Heart Association or obtains within the standard probationary period Effective communications and good interpersonal skills Preferred: 3 or more years of job-related experience Previous experience in the use of computers dedicated to mammography imaging procedures Physical Requirements: May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day. May need to lift, pull or push over 50 lbs. May need to sit or stand for extended periods. See in the normal visual range with or without correction. Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
