Lead Patient Access Representative - Overlook Hospital - Masco Corporation

Atlantic Health System is seeking a LEAD Patient Access Representative (full-time) at Overlook Hospital, to work schedule includes evening shift coverage and every other weekends as required by department.



Essential Functions:





+ Greet and register patients. Detail oriented and demonstrates excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multi-task with attention to detail.



+ Will register patients in an accurate and timely manner entering demographic and insurance information. Collection of copay, deductible, coinsurance, etc.



+ Ability to create and sustain a cohesive team.



+ Greet and register patients.

+ Ability to multi-task with attention to detail.



+ Will register patients in an accurate and timely manner entering demographic and insurance information.



+ Collection of copay, deductible and coinsurance, etc.







Qualifications/Requirements:



+ Top tier communication, customer service and teamwork skills preferred


+ Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, high-volume environment that includes multiple physical locations within the unit


+ Able to perform patient relocation duties and operate equipment of over 25lbs on a regular basis


+ Strong computer skills and customer service skills required


+ Must be able to work varied hours and flexible shifts


+ Bilingual is a plus



Minimum Education:



+ High School Diploma or equivalent required




Education:



+ Business degree preferred



Relevant Experience:


2+ years supervisory experience preferred
