Emerald Advance A seasonal loan product

Refund Transfer: A pay-by-refund option for tax preparation fees
We’re seeking a driven, action-oriented self-starter to join our team as a Lead Product Manager to help us drive efficiencies in operations and let us serve our financial products customers better as we modernize our internal facing operational and support tools.
You will be responsible for developing, planning, and managing the implementation of system improvements, features, and internal client experiences. Leading a collaborative squad of engineering, operations, and product colleagues, you will manage the full life cycle from ideation, research, and business case to launch and ongoing maintenance. Working with stakeholders, partners, and clients to craft a product that accomplishes goals within timeframes and funding allocated, you will be the engine behind the product. This role will report to the Director, GTM, Engagement and Data and provide exposure to a range of business and functional leaders.

Build rapport, confidence and trust between operational leaders, product managers, and internal customers with the end goal of completing development work that drives operational efficiencies and serves our customers better.
As part of a multi-disciplinary software team, function as the product manager responsible for our internal operational systems and tools
Develop feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps for building and maintaining systems, which includes developing technical diagrams, data flow diagrams, and deep technical understanding of existing processes.
Maintain and prioritize the squad backlog and coordinate with other stakeholders as progress is made and deliverable dates are updated.
Develop improvement options including goals, time frames, and funding limitations and to model operational efficiencies in various forms (such as time saved, errors reduced, losses avoided, etc) as we evaluate competing priorities.
Gather new business ideas from internal sources, external reference companies and listening to customer feedback, including being able to surface business issues.
- Manage other product managers and reporting analysts that support data and operational improvement.
- Support the development of associates along with modeling true product leadership to the broader product and operations team.
Work on multiple projects at once, sometimes as an individual contributor and sometimes leading cross-functional teams.
