About the Job
Our ABA practice is looking for a Lead Registered Behavior Technician to provide direct client care and team leadership. This position delivers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients with exceptional needs while helping develop and guide our clinical team.
Core Responsibilities
- Implement ABA programs and behavior reduction protocols
- Collect and maintain accurate client data and progress records
- Assist with assessments and parental training under BCBA supervision
- Maintain strict client confidentiality and safety standards
- Complete all required session documentation on time
- Mentor and support junior staff members
- Participate in program development initiatives
- Deliver consistent, high-quality services across multiple settings
Required Qualifications
- Current, valid RBT certification
- High school diploma required (Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field optional)
- Clear BCI/FBI background check
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and respond quickly to client needs
- Proficiency with required software and documentation systems

Compensation Package
- Hourly rate of $21-26, based on experience and qualifications
