Job Title: Lead Consultant
Position Summary: The Lead Consultant is knowledgeable in all areas of the Store's business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping, and consistently delivers a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders and provide product information.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain store appearance and inventory levels.
- Train and mentor new staff on store operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
- 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
