Job Title: Lead Sales Associate

As a Lead Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering the Tillys Experience to our customers while supporting Store Management in training and coaching Sales Associates and executing operational tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming environment.
• Assist in training and mentoring new Sales Associates.
• Support store management in daily operations and sales goals.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory organization.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fashion and customer engagement.
