About the Job
Position Overview: As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will develop, maintain, and optimize the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs. Key responsibilities include managing platform upgrades and integrations, developing applications, workflows, and APIs, and troubleshooting issues. You will also create and manage automation scripts, security policies, and reports, while providing technical support and training to end-users. Additionally, you'll maintain the CMDB, Asset Management, and incident/problem management processes, ensuring the platform operates smoothly and adheres to best practices.
Other:
- Responsible for delegating workload to the rest of the team
- Successfully plan, execute, monitor, control and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of the ServiceNow platform.
- Update and maintain a comprehensive testing protocol for ServiceNow instance upgrades.
- Create and maintain system design and operations documentation.
Top Skills:
- 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/tester
- Experience supporting the ITSM modules of ServiceNow
- Experience in managing a CMDB
- Ability to create and manage automation scripts and maintain a comprehensive testing protocol for ServiceNow instance upgrades
- Hands-on experience with scripting and/or Visual Basic
- Strong communication to be able to communicate with stakeholders and across business units.
Nice to Haves:
- 1-2+ years of experience in Team Lead or supervisor role
- Experience supporting the ITAM, HAM, and/or Integration HUB modules of ServiceNow
- Knowledge of ITIL processes or ITIL certification
