Job Summary
The Lead Snowcat Transporter provides day-to-day work direction to team members, organizes and delegates the daily workload. This position also enforces policies, procedures and safety guidelines while providing training and guidance to staff. It performs all tasks for which work group is responsible at the highest level of expertise. In addition to these tasks, the Lead Snowcat Transporter also performs basic ordering, processing and record-keeping tasks, including receiving, unpacking, and examining goods shipped, and verifying completeness of order against records.

+ Starting Wage: $22.00 - $24.23 / hour
+ Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Night Shifts, Year Round (10-month)
+ Skill Level: _Intermediate, Advanced_
Job Responsibilities
+ Maintain the loading dock facility in a clean, safe condition at all times.
+ Assist vendors with deliveries and pickups.
+ Track all activity within the facility.
+ Ensure the area and its contents are maintained in secure fashion.
+ Ensure loading dock rules and regulations are being adhered to.
+ Perform daily checks of the Operating facilities to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the area.
+ Work with manager to develop, prioritize and effectively implement the area work list.
+ Develop relationships with merchants, vendors and outlet mangers and staff to facilitate their needs.
+ Maintain the trash and recycling operations in an acceptable manner.
+ Various projects and duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
+ High School Diploma or equivalent _- required._
+ Read, write, speak fluent English _- required._
+ Stand, sit, kneel, walk, strong eye sight _- required._
+ Valid Driver's License _- required._
+ Lift up to 25 lbs _- required._
+ Basic computer skills, MS Office, Email, Internet _- required._
+ Equipment operations (2 years) _- required._
+ Outdoor working environment experience _- preferred._
The expected pay range is $22.00 - $24.24. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
