About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to support our Application Resiliency program suite of products
We are looking for a candidate with experience in Java, SQL, and React.This position will participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle which includes requirements gathering, estimating, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support. The candidate will play a critical role in the resiliency program suite of products within our Resiliency Solutions portfolio
The role will also engage key resiliency stakeholders involved in activities such as BCP, Disaster Recovery exercises/tests, and cyber resiliency.In this role, you will:Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impactThe role will drive the planning, design, construction, testing, and implementation of our Application Resiliency program suite of products. Develop reusable Python, Java, and Angular UI components, frameworks, and libraries on web and windows platforms.Support the full systems life cycle management (e.g., analyses, technical requirements, design, coding, testing, implementation of systems and applications software, etc.).Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teamsHave a solid understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery programsLead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentorRequired Qualifications:5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education5+ years of technology experience5+ years with Java, MS-SQL, T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS4+ years of REST API’s , Kubernetes, container technologiesExperience with GIT, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePointExperience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirementsFamiliarity with Agile and Scrum ConceptsFamiliarity with Cloud ConceptsDesired Qualifications:Java experienceOracle / Mongo database experienceAzure development experienceWeb development experience (Angular or React preferred)Job Expectations:Ability to occasionally work outside of regular business hourWillingness to work on-site at stated location in a Hybrid flex modelProvide leadership with the software development life cycle, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support for the Resiliency Solutions portfolioAutomation program design, deployment, and ongoing support.Build out the automation program in an Agile delivery methodologyAbility to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teamsCoordination of the automation planning across multiple teams and functional areasAbility to capture and document complex business and functional requirementsBuild relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teamsAbility to analyze data, create process flows and presentationsProficient in Jira as well as MS Office products, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and VisioThie position is not eligible for visa sponsorshipPay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position
