What’s in it for you:
- Healthcare participation for the spouse and family POS plan. IFSS provides 50% of the elected plan (including employees and family) with a minimum monthly contribution.
- 80 hours of regular work will be provided per pay period. Overtime will be available (with the Manager’s approval) to you when working onsite, on billable service calls, change orders, scheduled overtime, or at the customer’s request.

- IFSS laptop computer, cell phone, and software required for the performance of technical duties.

- One-week paid vacation begins accrual after 90 days of full-time service, two weeks of vacation upon completion of the 2nd anniversary, and three weeks upon completion of 5 years of service.
- PTO, one week each year starting January 1 (prorated from the date of hire in the current year after 90 days of employment).
- This position accompanies a 90-day review and evaluation from the hire date.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide support to the Foreman or project assigned.
- Installation of conduit, wire, and devices for various low voltage systems, mainly focusing on fire alarm, access control, and video surveillance installations.
- Must be highly motivated, and task-oriented to learn and see tasks through to completion.
- Must be a team player and excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Responsible for performing the work assigned in a timely fashion.
- Shall work with other crew members and are expected to observe, learn, and grow their skills, while helping other crew members do the same.
- Responsible for listening to field staff (Foreman and Project Managers) so that they can achieve the skills required to meet IFSS’ standards for quality and technical excellence.
- Should have a goal of becoming a Foreman.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience:
- 1 - 2 years of demonstrated work experience is required.
- Basic knowledge of the use of hand tools is a must.
- The ability to learn and understand the NEC and NFPA requirements is essential.
- Shall grow their professional and technical knowledge by in-house training and attending seminars, while keeping up with industry changes and the latest proven technologies.
