Lead Test Center Administrator and Test Proctor

POSITION OVERVIEW
As part of the DEFTEC testing team, you will provide administrative support associated with military members and provide test proctoring.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide test administration support for proctoring the on-site Pearson VUE Testing Center.
- Provide daily administrative and technical support using Pearson VUE policies and procedures.
- Register students to obtain their vouchers for the CompTIA exams via the Air Force Space Command website.
- Identify and correct student administrative errors that may have occurred during the registration process.
- Register students for CompTIA exams according to Pearson VUE policies and procedures to include test compromise.
- Maintain a visible testing schedule on a government-furnished whiteboard identifying dates the testing center will be used.
- Adhere to daily administration of the Test Center, proctor exams, and register students for exam vouchers.
- Schedule team to ensure coverage for all students testing twice a week.
- Serve as the on-site project manager for the DEFTEC team.
- Respond to government requests for discussion or resolution within 2 hours.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience providing similar support at the United States Air Force Base
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Pass a National Agency Check Investigation (NACI)
- Must be Pearson VUE certified
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
