General Responsibilities:
* This role provides counseling in an outpatient clinic setting.
* Responsible for developing and maintaining a professional and supportive relationship with clients, as well as providing specialized therapeutic interventions.
* Responsible for providing clinical and supportive guidance to therapeutic staff.
* Collaborates with program supervisor to ensure that the program is operating efficiently and effectively.
* Provides individual, couple, family and group therapy sessions.
* Education/Training: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology required. A current LCSW, LMFT, or LPC preferred.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years’ post graduate experience in related positions normally required.
