+ Schedule: Full time, 40 hrs/week, Monday - Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm, rotating weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
Lead assigned staff in performing activities or tasks in therapy services.
+ Lead or coordinate shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates.
+ Serve as a technical or functional resource and performs similar duties with staff.
+ Assign, monitor and review progress of work. Monitor and report compliance with policies and/or procedures.
+ Oversee and evaluate orientation and training of assigned associates. May provide input in the review and evaluation of staff performance.
Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
+ One or more of the following required:
+ Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy Asst credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
+ Rehab Therapist specializing in Occupational Therapy (COTA) credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences
Hospital acute care experience preferred.
