Leadership Development Assoc - Patient Experience - HCA Healthcare

Description

During your time in the Leadership Development Program – Patient Experience, you will receive classroom & field training for patient experience responsibilities preparing you to function competently as a leader in the Customer Services Organization (CSO). The CSO area of Parallon, HCA Healthcare is responsible for many types of telephonic patient interactions, both before, during and after treatment. These areas could include:  Medicaid Eligibility, contact center services, insurance services, physician billing, bad debt collections, and third-party liability. 

Qualifications

• 12-24 month commitment to the LEAD Program
• BS or BA degree required (or within 6 months of the completion of a BA or BS). Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration & Hospitality degrees are a plus.
• MBA degree preferred.
• Overall GPA must be a minimum 3.0 for BS or BA and MBA (if applicable)
• Experience in healthcare, customer service, helpdesk or finance is preferred.
