As a Learning Consultant you will work collaboratively with internal and client team members to address the learning strategy and development needs of our biotech and pharmaceutical clients and confidently project manage the innovative and actionable solutions we create. You will understand the vision for a project and build the deliverables, so having strong thinking skills, as well as learning or organization transformation experience (or a strong interest in learning it) is a must! In this role you will need to navigate many complexities from multiple projects to a fast-moving learning environment and an ever-changing life science business. To be successful you must be self-motivated, innovative, agile in an ambiguous environment, and operate with a growth mindset.

The primary responsibilities of a Learning Consultant will be to:
- Effectively manage project tasks and timelines and coordinate appropriate internal resources to create high-quality, on-time deliverables that stay within scoped timeline and budget
- Participate in client interviews to understand their current state challenge and business goals to inform your deliverables
- Support the development of project kick-off decks, project status updates, executive summaries, and document client meetings
- Contribute to in-depth design documents, outlining a learner-centric solution for a single workshop/tool, a series of solutions, or a long-term learning curriculum/ plan
- Develop learning solution deliverables (e.g., build slides, write scenarios, cases studies, detailed facilitator notes, digital modules) from start to finish using adult learning and instructional design principles
- Articulate Salience’s value and the science behind the learning strategy and design choices for clients
- Support multiple project work plans, work streams and project deliverables at the same time
- Build strong relationships with internal team members as well as client team members.
- Ensure detailed quality review of deliverables is completed before sending to project manager or project lead
- Track all client requests and global changes and ensure consistency among program deliverables
- Efficiently support the client's legal, medical, regulatory review process for each deliverable
- Support additional internal and client initiatives as required
- Bachelors degree required
- 2 years management consulting in a life science strategy consulting practice or life science agency of record with subspecialties to include learning, commercial effectiveness, medical excellence, HR or organization transformation
- 3 years of project management experience and/or managing multiple project work plans
- Business acumen in the pharmaceutical industry including commercial, marketing, market access, medical affairs, etc. strongly preferred
- Experience supporting learning projects or strong interest in learning and org transformation through structure and behavior changes
- Demonstrated ability pull through the vision and build deliverables
- Highly motivated to learn and grow and challenge yourself every day
- Sense of urgency surrounding creating and achieving goals
- Proven experience effectively prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines and work objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint a MUST
- Experience with Apple Mac laptops preferred
