Location: Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center (ORMC)
Shift: Full-Time (40 hours)

Position Summary:
The Learning Specialist/RN Educator will provide education to ensure team members are competent and safe in their roles. Responsibilities include:
- Education Development: Create and coordinate orientation and training programs.
- Quality & Safety: Participate in initiatives to meet quality and safety standards.
- Collaboration: Work with Corporate Education to assess and maintain clinical competence.
- Professional Development: Support team member involvement in educational and professional activities.
- Compliance: Ensure ongoing knowledge of policies and procedures.
Education/Training Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an approved nursing school.
Licensure/Certification:
- Current RN license in Florida.
- National specialty certification within two years (if applicable).
- Required life support certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP).
Experience:
- Minimum of two years of acute care hospital experience.
