Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day Lease Administration operations and team performance.
- Lead recruitment, performance appraisals, and staff development.
- Manage monthly close processes and ensure compliance with company and SLA guidelines.
- Provide proactive customer service to internal and external clients.
- Analyze vehicle lease data, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to improve processes and support system testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
- 5+ years of experience in Fleet Leasing or Financial Services, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Strong financial analysis skills and understanding of lease principles.
- Proficiency in Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables) and business systems.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
