About the Job
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Lease-Up and Administrative Specialist for a multifamily property management company. This floating position is key in managing the lease-up process for new construction and renovations, while also providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our property management team.
Qualifications:
- Experience: LIHTC leasing experience highly preferred; lease-up experience is also preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with housing software, particularly Yardi; knowledge of electronic filing systems.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
- Customer Service: Proven customer service experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Data Management: Experience with data entry and database management, with the ability to accurately verify multiple sources of information.
- Independence: Ability to work independently, take initiative, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and complete complex workloads with minimal supervision.
- Driver’s License: Valid Colorado driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
