Leasing Consultant - Core Realty Holdings Management

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Leasing Agent to join our team at Arbour Commons in CO. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for all aspects of leasing properties, including marketing vacancies, screening potential tenants, and executing lease agreements. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a proven ability to successfully close deals.

Responsibilities:
- Market available properties and generate interest from potential tenants through various channels, including social media, online listings, and networking events
- Screen potential tenants by conducting background checks, verifying income, and checking references
- Show properties to prospective tenants and answer any questions they may have about the property or the leasing process
- Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease agreements for both new tenants and renewals
- Coordinate move-in/move-out processes and ensure a smooth transition for tenants
- Address any tenant concerns or maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Leasing Agent or similar role
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and rental regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, online marketing, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and leasing management software is required

-Must have experience with social media marketing and ability to post on Instagram consistently

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field is a plus
