Responsibilities

• Deal Dynamo: Work your magic to close leasing deals, making sure every prospect feels like they've won the jackpot.
• Communication Maven: Be the bridge between prospects, residents, and the property management team, ensuring a harmonious living environment.
• Event Coordinator: Organize resident events that rival the Met Gala, creating a sense of community that residents will rave about.
• Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Tackle any issues or concerns with the grace of a ninja and the charm of a diplomat.
• Customer-Centric: Provide top-notch customer service, understanding the unique needs and preferences of residents. Offer personalized assistance, promptly respond to inquiries, and build lasting relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
• Information Guru: Know everything about our properties, from the number of power outlets to the best pizza place in the neighborhood.

A Bit About the Role

Your mission is to turn prospective renters into delighted residents. You'll be the conductor of the leasing symphony, orchestrating property tours, answering questions, and creating an elevated living experience. Think of yourself as the tour guide into an exciting new chapter in our residents' lives!

• Drive day-to-day leasing goals onsite
• Interacting with prospective residents via phone, e-mail, and in person
• Performing follow ups, and completing leasing paperwork with prospective residents
• Bilingual a plus
