About the Job
Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join a law firm in downtown Minneapolis. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work model (following an onsite onboarding period).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to legal professionals, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of legal documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to firm guidelines.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Handle client communications, maintain case files, and track important deadlines.
- Adapt to multiple practice areas, providing support wherever needed and ensuring smooth operations across the firm.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant, demonstrating professional maturity and the ability to operate independently.
- Willingness to float between practice areas as needed.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of working autonomously, showing initiative, and handling tasks with minimal supervision.
