Responsibilities:Jared R. Levy & Associates, a large in-house counsel defense firm and Employees of the Law Department, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, is seeking a Legal Administrative Support team member to join their growing Seattle office. This is a great entry level opportunity for individuals seeking to gain legal experience with a focus on growth and development. Qualified candidates would be responsible for providing administrative assistance to Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Secretaries, and leadership. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, handling files, new suit intakes, mail handling, reception duties, scheduling depositions, ordering office supplies and other clerical tasks as assigned. This is a hybrid position, working Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00a-5:30p. Work arrangements could change over time based on business needs.
Located in Seattle WA, we enjoy an active, busy civil trial practice. We provide a congenial, team-oriented professional work environment with skilled support staff.
Qualifications:- Experience working in a legal environment is preferred, but not required
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume workload while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills both in person and over the phone
- Accurate and efficient in an electronic environment, including experience in Microsoft Office and Adobe
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Potential salary range: $47,100.93-$50,400.00 per year
- Potential yearly incentive pay up to 6% of base salary
