The Legal Analyst will work very closely with Mustang's sales and legal team to verify job information, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and to streamline the lien filing and enforcement procedures.
 
Legal Analyst Responsibilities include:

• Manage Mustang’s LEVELSET account
• Maintain customer bonding information
• Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
• Extensive communication with customers, sales team, and management
• Maintain organization and prioritization while working in a fast-paced environment
• Additional projects and duties may be assigned as needed

Legal Analyst Position requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Previous experience with collections and accounts receivables
• Research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Mechanics Lien laws and regulations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills

Strongly preferred experience:

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a legal or paralegal role
