Our client is a well-established law firm with a strong presence across Arkansas, known for providing exceptional legal services in various areas of law. They are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Legal Assistant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated legal professional to further their career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in trial preparation, hearings, and administrative tasks.
• Draft, proofread, and file legal documents, including correspondence and pleadings.
• Manage and maintain case files in both physical and electronic formats.
• Communicate with clients, court personnel, and external parties.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and deadlines.
• Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or paralegal certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role (litigation experience a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management software.
• Knowledge of court procedures, legal terminology, and document preparation.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
