The Billing Specialist, reporting to the Billing Manager, will provide high-quality service to personnel, clients, and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing client contracts and setting up cases upon activation
- Generating routine, electronic, and complex client invoices
- Tracking and reporting on various assignments
- Data entry, editing, and customization of invoices based on contract terms
- Analyzing and reporting on WIP (Work in Progress)
- Providing support to other billing staff as needed
Qualifications to be considered for the role:
- 5+ years in full-charge billing for large professional service or law firms (500+ attorneys)
- Experience with Elite 3E, BillBlast, or Workday
- Must live in PST or CST time zones
- Bachelor's degree preferred
