Vaco is working with a Client in the Entertainment industry who is looking for a qualified Legal Coordinator to support the office of the Chief Legal Office
As an Legal Coordinator, key responsibilities will include drafting and formatting legal correspondence, implementing legal procedures, and legal research
This opportunity is located in Century City and will be in the office 4 days a week
This opportunity is a contract potential contract to hire and is looking to pay between $30-$35/hr depending on experience

Job Specifications:
Draft, redline and edit highly confidential documents
Liaise with multiple external legal counsels on active litigation cases, subpoenas and contracts
Assisting with Legal research and analysis
Creating and implementing legal procedures and processes
E-file high volume of documents and send documents for e-sign as requested
Over 5 years of Legal Coordination/Paralegal experience required for role
Background in Legal sector or Paralegal background highly preferred
Bachelors Degree prefered for role
Paralegal Certification required for role
Strong organizational and communication skills a must
Strong ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment a must
