JOB REQUIREMENTS: Beacon Hill Legal is looking for a Human Resource
Manager to join a law firm in the Milwaukee area! This position will
support the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) by managing day-to-day
HR activities. This role involves recruiting, onboarding, employee
relations, and organizing wellness and engagement events. This position
offers competitive salaries starting at $85K+ (DOE). Key
Responsibilities: Oversee recruiting efforts, including managing the
firm's LinkedIn account and coordinating interviews. Support new-hire
orientation and maintain staff levels. Address employee inquiries on
benefits and policies. Develop and review job descriptions and position
specifications. Prepare reports, bonus memos, and assist with salary
surveys and proposals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR,
Business, or related field. 8+ years of HR experience. Strong
communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in
Excel and Word. In-office presence required; occasional overtime may be
