Currently, we have a Legal Intake Specialist opportunity for a well-established Personal Injury Law Firm to support their Diminished Auto Value department where they are committed to professionalism, ethical conduct, and fair practice, aiming to recruit dedicated, experienced attorneys and staff devoted to client service and strategic problem-solving. Legal Intake Specialist responsible for handling initial calls from prospective clients.

Your specific duties will include:
- Create a positive and professional first impression on behalf of the firm.
- Answer and screen calls/emails from prospective clients.
- Assist prospective clients by collecting information, answering questions, and relaying messages.
- Schedule appointments and assist clients with electronic signatures.
- Create accurate and detailed intake summaries.
- Input key client and intake data into the firm's database.
- Work with dedicated attorneys and management to ensure a best-in-class client experience.
- Punctuality and attention to detail are a must.
- Previous experience in a law office (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with phone call handling/routing.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Sales and customer service experience.
- Training is provided. You must have intake or call center experience.
