We are searching for a Legal Receptionist for our clients Law Firm located in Moorestown, NJ.  This is a Temp-Perm opportunity.  Hours--Monday-Friday; 8:30am-5:00pm.

Responsibilities include:

• Answer all phone calls and transfer to appropriate person
• Answer calls for intake and take basic information and transfer to intake specialist
• File, Scan and take mail to the mail box
• Daily checks of copiers, postage machine and general office areas
• Coordinate community activities
• Order supplies
• Calendaring
• Greet clients and other people upon entering the office
• Maintain kitchen
• Scanning of closed files.
• Manage all scheduling needs, including client meetings, teleconferences (TCs), Zoom meetings, depositions, deposition preparations, site inspections, mediations, arbitrations, case management conferences (CMCs), and motions.
• Daily checks of conference rooms to ensure the conference rooms are not double booked.
• Provide coffee to guests and clean up dishware
• Coordinating staff and/or client lunch
• Receive and upload all incoming correspondence into the case management system.
• Distribute correspondence to appropriate team members and tasks as necessary for follow-up.
• Assist in preparing and sending day-to-day correspondence, such as letters, emails, and
• memos.
• Create, type, and edit a variety of correspondence, and other material requiring judgment as to accuracy and completeness.
• Preparation and tracking of Certified Mail.
• Tracking of hand deliveries to Burlington County Courthouse.
