Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Level 2 Technician to join their team onsite in Pembroke Pines, FL and assist with the laptop migration effort. This technician will work the hours of 7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday but should be flexible with shift start / end times.
Skills and Qualifications:
+ Ability to un-box / re-box laptops and prepare them to be used with Microsoft Autopilot
+ Running a specific set of commands to register the hardware with Microsoft Azure / Intune
+ Strong communication skills to be used with end-user engagement to coordinate an appropriate time to drop off or pick up equipment
+ Attention to detail when it comes to backing up user data with Microsoft One-Drive
+ Familiarity with Windows Server Active Directory User and Computers (ADUC) preferred
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Azure / Entra / Intune preferred
+ Ability to follow Asset Tracking processes (Inputting data and tagging assets)
+ Ability to work with end user to coordinate shipping as needed
