Library Media Specialist - Garden City Public Schools

Job Summary:

The job of Library Media Specialist was established for the purpose/s of promoting reading while performing functions related to the collection, processing, circulation, maintenance, and inventory of library materials and/or textbooks, documenting losses and
monitoring procedures; implementing age appropriate programs for students utilizing library resources; selecting appropriate items
in support of classroom instruction; and instructing students on the proper use of the library resource.

Education: Master's in library science or endorsement on teaching license

Salary: Min-Range $47,270 / Max-Range $69,878
